We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive who thrives in a fast paced environment.  The role will see you establishing distribution and affiliate relationships to ensure the Seven's new digital video products can deliver revenue and audience objectives. This includes distribution partner marketing focused campaigns from ideation stage through to launch, post analysis and reporting with the objective of driving commercial growth via awareness, advertising, subscription and transaction.

Responsibilities: 

  • Implementation of the commercial strategy in support distribution and acquisition goals.
  • Work closely with Product and Tech teams to distribute the digital content offering, by establishing distribution arrangements and affiliate partnerships within the digital, entertainment and consumer electronics industry.
  • Implement and continuously improve initiatives that will drive brand awareness and demand for our world-class OTT products.
  • Align objectives and advocate across the local content, technology and customer teams.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of high impact, multi-channel marketing strategies to generate demand, qualified leads and sales pipeline in Australia.
  • Evaluate, select and manage outside vendors that contribute to all commercial and marketing operations related to distribution and affiliate.
  • Align commercial and marketing programs and activities with overall SWM digital, revenue and marketing strategy.
  • Proactively identify and execute affiliate performance based marketing strategies
  • Work closely with distributors for partner copy and creative approvals
  • Review and report on commercial activity and performance. 
  • Build strong relationships with affiliates/partners to constantly improve campaigns and gain quality acquisitions

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Knowledge of and demonstrated practical experience in the OTT Video space with specific experience with distribution and affiliates.
  • Ability to flourish in an extremely fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Ability to create and execute innovative and results-focused commercial programs and marketing campaigns
  • Ability to "get stuff done;" execute quickly and with high-quality precision in an extremely fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering and exceeding business KPIs
  • A confident team player who has the ability to negotiate, multi-task and influence others.
  • Knowledge of digital ecosystem, tools and vendors
  • Experience with Digital marketing platforms to drive traffic, sales and conversion outcomes
  • Demonstrated analytical ability specifically related to revenue, program measurement and ROI.
  • Strong leadership and creative thinking capabilities
  • Experience in working with digital lead management software and data lead audience segmentation and automation tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a technical field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in digital ecosystem including business-to-business, business-to-consumer
