Reporting to the Production Accountant, the Accounts Assistant will be primarily responsible for assisting in the financial administration of the production unit including assisting in the preparation, review and analysis of payroll, creditors and cash management.
The key responsibilities of the position include, assisting with payment reconciliations of cast and crew payrolls, creditors requisitions, payment and reconciliations, petty cash and corporate credit card reconciliations, and general office administration duties such as filing, mail, phone and unit support.
To be considered for this position you would have:
- Previous office administration experience;
- Advance skills in Microsoft Excel
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Conversant with finance packages
- Excellent communication skills
- Deadline driven
- Strong time management
- Experience in payroll or production would be beneficial.
