Seven is looking for a digital native to join the Network Marketing team and execute the digital strategy for an exciting new video product.

 

You will have experience working on end-to-end digital transformation projects and your drive and passion for digital marketing will be evident in your successes to date.

 

Reporting to the Network Marketing Communications Manager, the Digital Marketing Manager will initially be responsible for setting up and leading digital marketing operations including CRM, utilising a suite of platforms.

 

You will build the foundations that deliver on the Network’s digital audience and revenue objectives. Your core role includes audience acquisition, retention and responsibility for customer engagement across the digital video product.

 

Key responsibilities;

  • Develop the ongoing CRM strategy, customer service approach and communications standards.
  • Work with the Network Marketing and Media team to establish cost efficient audience acquisition and retention campaigns including SEO/SEM, social, display, native etc.
  • Consistently optimise Seven’s communications across digital video platforms and related consumer touchpoints to drive increased engagement and audience satisfaction.

  • Identify and manage promotional opportunities to achieve acquisition targets leading to digital revenue generation

 

To be successful for this role;

  • You have likely developed digital content marketing strategy from branding, creative, operations, production, optimisation and commercialisation.
  • You will understand how key digital platforms work together: CRM, CMS, Subscription, DMP, Analytics, Digital Trading/Programmatic, Testing & Optimisation Platforms etc. 
  • You have an analytical mind and are fastidious about detail.
  • You are capable of multi-tasking, prioritising workloads and meeting tight deadlines consistently.
  • You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • You love to contribute to a positive work environment that influences high employee engagement and participate in a fun team-centric environment.
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business and minimum 5 years’ experience in the digital ecosystem in B2B or B2C
