Seven is seeking an Integration Assistant to work within Seven Productions. Reporting to the Integration Manager, the Integration Assistant is responsible for assisting and working alongside the Integration Manager and Integration Producer to assist in the sourcing, contracting, delivery and associated admin relating to contra partners. The role is heavily admin focused and predominantly involves supporting the Integration team by compiling and updating multiple reports, spreadsheets and contracts on an ongoing basis. The Integration Assistant must provide a consistently high standard of administrative support to the Contra Integration Team and Integration requirements across the Series. 

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Support the Integration team as required
  • Project manage and own the following systems and processes:
    • Maintenance of Integration Documentation including Database, Agreements, Post Production Tally, Contra Budget Summary, IP tracking etc
    • Compile End credit Lists
    • Manage Sponsor & Supplier details to appear on digital platforms
    • Agreements: Deal Memo, location + confidentiality forms
    • Supplier brochure request and compilation
    • Management of supplier logos
    • Photo brief management
  • Management of lower level contra suppliers as directed by the Integration Manager and Producer, this includes relationship management, regular communications, confirmation of renovation logistics, Production / TX updates etc. from pre-production through to post-production
  • Working closely with the Build, Unit & Production Teams to deliver supplier entitlements from Pre-Production to the Finale both in the field and in-show
  • Cost reporting of suppliers
  • Monitoring the use of IP in relation to Suppliers
  • Assist the Integration Manager and Integration Producer with the Post Production process which may include, but not limited to auditing episodes, taking ep notes, inputting and calculating client entitlements, clip compilation etc.
  • Brief suppliers on the Contra invoice process
  • Post Analysis assistance as required by Integration Team

To be successful for this role, you will ideally:

  • Be proficient in MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, Powerpoint  (particularly formatting large Excel spread sheets )
  • Have exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy with all reports, spreadsheets, contracts and presentations
  • Experience in TV, Digital or Social Media in the area of Sales or Admin would be an advantage but is not essential
  • Experience overseeing campaigns and ensuring successful delivery would be an advantage
  • A “can do” attitude and a friendly outlook
  • Great organisational skills
  • Have the ability to foster strong ongoing and effective working relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrate the ability to work well both as part of a team and autonomously
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a deadline driven environment
  • Able to prioritise, effectively time manage and problem solve
  • Be proactive, working autonomously and owning projects
