Pacific Magazines is transforming from a magazines company to a content powerhouse. We have gone from publishing in months with print, to publishing in moments across print, social, digital, apps and events. We’re on the hunt for someone with sound experience in integrated campaign implementation, preferably in publisher or agency environment/s to lead oversee all aspects of campaign implementation across print, social, digital & experiential

You’ll be responsible for a small team of four project managers to help you achieve this, however your role is highly visible and will see you collaborating with almost every department in our business.

As the head of campaign implementation, your purpose is to:

  • Creating a best in class post sale experience for clients that exceeds their expectations and ultimately results in repeat business 
  • Ensuring all campaigns are executed seamlessly, on time and on budget
  • Driving effective collaboration with internal and external parties including clients and agencies, client services, editorial, brand strategy, ad ops, creative services, marketing and digital
  • Producing detailed project management documents & templates including but not limited to timelines, scoping, WIP tracking, risk assessment and post analysis
  • Designing and implementing processes to support both BAU campaign delivery and roll out of new products
  • Facilitating post campaign reviews making sure key learnings are shared with all stakeholders
  • Creating a culture of high performance, collaboration and continual evolution within the team

Must have skills/traits:

  • Highly process driven and always on the look-out for ways to streamline, automate and create efficiencies
  • Solutions focused, diplomatic in nature and have an all-round ‘can do’ attitude at all times
  • Proven track record in managing & developing small teams of 2-4 people
  • Passion for lifestyle content and brand integration 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence, negotiate and think innovatively to deliver outcomes for clients
  • The ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure highest standards of work are produced at all times
  • The ability to inspire, excite and engage those around you and encourage them to do the same
