TriEvents has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator who is passionate about event management to join our team. Based in our Osborne Park office and reporting to the Managing Director this role is focused on marketing within the TriEvents event portfolio.  

This full-time fixed term opportunity is for 6 months, ending June 2018.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Provide support to the marketing team to manage and deliver marketing plans and develop strategies that ensure initiatives are delivered in a professional manner with the operational plan and event budgets.
  • Oversee performance and progress across digital channels, including but not limited to, SEO, SEM, Retargeting and Affiliates
  • Drive all event social media platforms including the creation of artwork, copywriting, and managing paid advertising
  • Stay informed on the latest SEO, SEM, digital marketing industry information, trends and opportunities
  • Engage, inform and support TriEvents staff on all outcomes relating to marketing including regular briefings, updates and work plans throughout the year.

To be successful in this position, you will:

  • Have demonstrable working experience in a marketing department, specifically paid digital search and social media operations
  • Proficiency with Google AdWords and Google Analytics
  • Willingness to work on several weekends per year and outside of standard office hours
  • Have solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to interpret, analyse and provide insights on data
  • Have the ability to work towards deadlines and work within a fast paced environment
  • Excellent organisational ability, with the ability to organise the activities of others
  • Have strong written and verbal communication
  • Be a strong team player, be highly motivated and a self-starter.
  • Possess a high level of attention to detail and ability to multi-task


  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of the event management climate within Western Australia
