Seven Bundaberg are currently seeking to appoint a part-time Sales Assistant, working 19 Hours per week. This position is suitable for busy parents/ lifestyles with flexible working arrangements made around school hours. Expected work pattern Monday to Friday, 10.30am to 2.15pm.
The primary responsibility is to provide administrative and sales support to the Bundaberg Sales Team and will report to the Sales Manager.
· Reception relief and data entry
· Preparation of Reports
· Sales Administration
· Sourcing data for analysis
· Sponsorships, promotions and functions assistance
· Assistance to Account Executives
The successful applicant will also be cross-trained to provide assistance in other administrative areas of the office. You must be a team player with a high standard of work ethic and a commitment to strive for continuous improvement. Advanced computer skills are essential, as is a strong attention to detail.
