A new and exciting opportunity has opened for an Executive Assistant to support our Finance and People and Culture leadership team on a parental leave cover contract. Based in Sydney, you will be responsible for:

  • Complex diary and email management, including prioritisation and co-ordination or internal and external meetings
  • Day-to-day organisation of workload, ensuring smooth workflow for the Executives
  • Ability to work independently and pro-actively, responding to queries where appropriate and bringing critical matters to the Executives attention 
  • Preparing correspondence and communications for internal and external purposes
  • Preparation of board presentations
  • Corporate expenditure reconciling & invoice processing
  • Build effective working relationships and provide support to the Executives teams as required
  • Arrange and coordinate travel as required
  • Coordinating and managing onsite and offsite conferences and events
  • Act as project support for the Executives teams, including administering and tracking key project requirements and milestones 
  • Supporting the Executives with a variety of tasks as required

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Proven senior EA experience, supporting executive level management
  • Confident with exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Maturity of judgment and discretion, high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • The ability to be agile and flexible, to adapt to your leaders’ working styles and priorities
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
  • Ability to multi-task and problem solve with changing demands and priorities
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and MS Teams)
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and detail oriented
  • Thrive working within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Industry experience highly regarded
