The Role:

The West Australian has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced product and customer operations specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional results to join our team. 

This role is responsible for the management of our subscription products (print and digital) and oversees the delivery of premium customer service through an inbound and outbound call centre.  The role also encompasses the management of a diverse set of retail partners across the state and leads a team of area reps who are focussed on maximising retail sales and activating promotions and initiatives across the retail environment. This is a full-time permanent position based in our Osborne Park office. 

About You:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer engagement and is all about data-driven decision making, in addition you will: 

  • Understand the importance of all aspects of the customer journey
  • Have experience managing a team and building a culture that is focussed on delivering measurable and meaningful results
  • Be results focused and believe that all activity can be measured.  You will understand how to measure ROI and evaluate activity
  • Have experience in product management including research, pricing and revenue modelling, delivery and optimisation
  • Have experience in developing a strategic plan to meet business objectives
  • Have solid financial acumen to both develop and track budget, and to present results periodically
  • Have a passion for, and solid experience in, developing, and curating ideas that will deliver value to customers
  • Have experience in delivering exceptional customer service outcomes, with a focus on acquiring or retaining customers
  • Be able to interact with a broad range of stakeholders and departments to ensure the success of our products
  • And, always, put the customer at the heart of everything they do
