Retail Account Manager

The Role:

An exciting opportunity exists for a positive and driven Account Manager who is skilled in building relationships and driving change. We are a dynamic and passionate team who enjoys the fast pace of our business. 

Snapshot of Responsibilities:

• Direct responsibility for the day to day management of the local distribution network of metropolitan and regional retailers, North territory, including servicing, relationship management and performance management of accounts.
• Driving performance of approximately 400 retail accounts within the assigned territory with 30% of these being newsagency businesses.
• Assisting with supplies, returns and sell outs in order to maximise sales.
• Developing and implementing promotional and marketing activities to key stakeholders with the view to growing sales.

Who we are looking for:

• Previous experience working as a Field or Account Manager with sales experience in FMCG or similar.
• Ability to influence and to nurture customer relationships.
• Results driven, strong time management, attention to detail and organisation skills.
• Self-motivated, resilient and enjoy a challenge.
• The ability to master system processes quickly and confidently.
• Applicants must have a current WA driver’s license.
