We currently have an opportunity for a professional Sales Coordinator to join the WA Operations Sales team based in Osborne Park.

 

Reporting to the Sales Executive, you will positively contribute to;

  • Administration support to the sales team including preparation of proposals and presentations;
  • Sales data entry including bookings, processing of proposals and enquiries;
  • Internal & external communications;
  • Preparation of sales reports including campaign & client tracking reports;
  • Coordinate and follow-up on relevant sales team activities as required;
  • Keep up to date on industry news;
  • Focal point for department communications – phones, incoming and outgoing mail, courier;
  • Filing, document control and other reporting.

 

Your previous roles has prepared you for this new challenge. You are someone who brings;

  • A high level of attention to detail,
  • Demonstrated management skills and be able to prioritise a busy workload,
  • Clear and concise communication skills,
  • Proven ability to be a strong team player. Previous sales related experience is considered beneficial as you will be key member of this team.
  • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint and  Excel, Outlook
  • The ability to provide a high level of customer service and the ability to problem solve and find solutions to complex issues.
  • Formal qualifications in Business and  Sales administration would be highly regarded.
