As an Advertising Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our Advertising team, seamlessly managing administrative tasks, from correspondence to report generation and presentation creation. You will ensure production flows smoothly by coordinating tasks like chasing missing copy and conducting insightful research for data analysis. We're seeking someone with a passion for precision, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, adept at juggling multiple priorities with finesse. This role is a 5-month fixed term contract.
About the role
- Administrative support to the Advertising team with their daily tasks,
- Internal and external correspondence, handling phone and email inquiries and bookings,
- Running Advertising and Revenue reports,
- Creating presentations to support the Advertising team,
- Coordinating and chasing missing copy to prevent production and printing delays, and
- Demonstrating research abilities with the ability to analyse, transfer and process data.
About You
- A high level of attention to detail with all given tasks,
- Strong time management with the ability to prioritise a busy workload,
- Strong written and verbal communication,
- The ability to be a strong team player with a drive to succeed,
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and
- The ability to provide a high level of customer service and the ability to problem solve and find solutions to complex issues.
