The Opportunity
The Senior Strategic Partnerships Executive is responsible for developing and executing strategic responses to clients briefs, proactively pitching to both existing and new clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of Seven’s premium content, assets, and cross-platform products, as well as the ability to craft innovative, insight-led solutions that effectively meet client needs and align with Seven’s brand and business objectives.
Based in Melbourne on a 6-month contract, this role reports directly to the Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager. You’ll also be responsible for:
- Driving Total TV revenue growth across our premium content pillars
- Developing strategic responses aligned to Group Business Director groups and proactively pitch to clients
- Building a network of connections amongst agency strategy and connections planning teams
- Leveraging research, insights, and data to create compelling solutions that align with business objectives.
- Collaborating closely with Group Business Directors/ leads across News, Sport & Entertainment and cross-functional teams to execute high-impact campaigns and achieve revenue targets
- Represent Seven at industry events and forums to strengthen brand presence.
- Conducting regular meetings and brainstorming sessions with Sales & 7Red to understand client needs.

About You
You will be a proactive, strategic, and results-driven partnerships expert with a deep understanding of media, content marketing, and audience engagement. You also have:
- Significant experience (2 years+) in strategic partnerships, communications planning, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of broadcast and digital media, particularly in News, Sport, and Entertainment.
- A proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strategic brand solutions.
- Experience working in agency planning teams and developing insight-led client responses.
- The ability to distill complex client challenges into clear media opportunities.
- Strong relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
