Start 2026 by joining our Outbound Call Centre team based in Osborne Park, where you will play a key role in connecting businesses with new opportunities. If you are confident on the phone, love building relationships, and want to work for a leading media organisation, this could be the perfect role for you!
What You’ll Be Doing: As part of our dynamic team, you will be focused on outbound sales, connecting with businesses and individuals through cold calling to sell advertising space.
You will receive a structured training program from industry experts who will teach you everything you need to know to thrive in the world of sales and advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
Hunt for new business opportunities across print and digital media.
Make outbound calls, pitch advertising solutions and close deals.
Sell across premium brands like The West Australian, thewest.com.au and Perthnow.
Build strong client relationships through consistent follow up and consultative selling.
Work to clear revenue targets and track your success in a CRM.
What You’ll Bring:
Proven success in outbound or B2B sales (Phone sales highly regarded).
Relentless drive and a results focussed attitude - you love the chase and the close.
Confidence on the phone, persuasive communication skills, and resilience under pressure.
A proactive self starter mindset with excellent organisational skills.
