This is an exciting opportunity to join WA’s most iconic charity institution supporting the Telethon Grants Team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic professional with outstanding organisational skills and experience in managing grants and stakeholder engagement. The right candidate for this role will be proactive and innovative in how they approach their responsibilities. As the Telethon cause is growing, we believe so should our ways of working and are excited by this opportunity to build upon our success.

Through generous donations, Channel 7 Telethon has been able to provide equipment for children in hospital, critical services for children with disabilities and life-changing opportunities for disadvantaged and vulnerable children. Through continued donations, Western Australia and Telethon can ensure that our children have the best quality services and support for generations to come.
About the role:
- Support grant application process to allocate our annual fundraising total
- Maintain CRM (Salesforce) to ensure grant information, data and financials are up-to-date
- Support with all grant related administration tasks, including applications, acquittals, reporting, record-keeping and communications
- Manage grants inbox and general phone queries
- Support in development of impact updates for donors
- Liaise with over 130 charity beneficiaries that Telethon supports
- Manage the expression of interest process
- Prepare quarterly extensions and variations reports
About you:
- Passionate about making a difference in children’s health and wellbeing
- Experience in Salesforce (highly desirable)
- Outstanding time management and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working in the non for profit sector with an understanding of fundraising
- Experience in managing grants and stakeholder management.
- Ability to occasionally work weekends and participate in our Telethon events and activities
