The Opportunity
As an Executive Assistant/ Office Manager at Seven, you will be the backbone of the Sydney Sales team, ensuring smooth operations and a pleasant work environment. You'll handle office administration, support the Sales Directors with communication, task delegation, diary management, and collaboration. This role requires a proactive, adaptable professional with a “can-do” attitude and experience in managing diverse administrative and executive tasks both independently and in a team setting.
This role is a 12-month contract role, reporting to the National Television Sales Director and supporting the National Digital Sales Director based in Sydney.
About You:
This role requires a proactive, adaptable professional with a “can-do” attitude and experience in managing diverse administrative and executive tasks both independently and in a team setting. Some of your day-to-day tasks will include:
You will have:
- Executive support including but not limited to; diary management; expense management; inbox management; travel bookings etc.
- Prepare materials and documentation to support divisional Town Hall meetings and Board meetings.
- Manage the processing of basic financial documentation including invoices etc.
- Support onboarding activities of new hires including some specific Sales account setups.
- Coordinate activities related to the newly launched Sales Incentive Program.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute TV and Digital Sales events including but not limited to; Upfronts; corporate events & ticketing; fundraising management; Agency Group engagements; external event activations, and other internal staff events.
- ADHOC Office Management Tasks including ordering office supplies; coordinating team building activities such as birthday celebrations; and other miscellaneous tasks.
- Proactively identify and propose process improvement opportunities to key stakeholders.
