The Opportunity

As a Workday Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and managing training programs to support the Workday implementation. You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of the new system and processes across the organization.

This is a part-time (3 days per week) fixed-term contract role for circa 9 months. Reporting to the People & Culture Project Manager, you will collaborate with the change management team, HR, IT, and senior leadership to develop training strategies, create engaging content, and drive engagement at all levels. You will be responsible for:

  • Create and deliver engaging training content for in-person and online Train-the-Trainer sessions.
  • Conduct ongoing sessions to support leaders and change agents in adopting new processes.
  • Implement interactive learning experiences to encourage engagement and system adoption.
  • Own and deliver training and change initiatives within the Workday deployment project plan.
  • Develop and implement a communication plan to keep stakeholders informed and involved throughout the transition.
  • Identify potential system change impacts and develop strategies to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Deliver reports and insights to leadership on training progress and adoption metrics.

About You

You are an experienced training professional with a passion for leading organizational change. You have a deep understanding of technology transformations, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a results-driven mindset.

You will have:

  • Experience in designing and delivering high-impact training programs for IT systems and process adoption.
  • Previous experience with Workday or training on Workday (preferred, but not essentia)
  • Proven ability to support change initiatives in technology transformation projects, including stakeholder engagement and change strategy execution.
  • Experience in collaborating with senior leaders, IT teams, and end-users to drive alignment and engagement.
  • A proactive and solution-focused mindset, capable of identifying challenges and developing effective solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and drive engagement.
