The Opportunity:
As a Digital Account Manager at Seven, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of agencies and/or direct clients, developing digital ideas, in-market coverage, sales reporting and client growth within the Seven Digital Sales team in Sydney.
Based at our head office in Eveleigh, Sydney and reporting to the Digital Group Sales Manager, you’ll be:
- Working closely with the Digital Sales Team to create, implement and report on digital solutions for all digital offerings and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Scheduling meetings and in-market presentations with agency contacts, both new and existing.
- Monitoring and taking proactive action to achieve revenue targets without prompting.
- Coordinating with relevant stakeholders across the Broadcast & Digital business to understand the features, benefits, value proposition of all Digital opportunities.
About You:
You’re an experienced Digital Account Manager with strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Proactive and client-focused, you bring energy, innovation, and adaptability to a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. You are a confident relationship-builder with the ability to collaborate well with internal teams, clients, and agencies, and will have active presence in the market through agency, client, and industry events.
You will have:
- 3+ years’ experience in digital sales, ideally in the media industry.
- Strong understanding of ad sales best practices, delivery, and client/agency reporting.
- Proven success selling across digital video, mobile, social, display, branded content, and integrated campaigns.
- Solid grasp of Programmatic, including experience with SSPs, DSPs, and agency trade desks.
- Working knowledge of tools such as Nielsen NetRatings, Google Analytics, comScore, and IAS.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Media, or Communications (preferred).
