You will be responsible for the development and implementation of 7RED Strategic Solutions team practice and framework. Provide strategic insight thought leadership with clients and within the Sydney Agency environment as well as Seven internal teams.
Working with aligned Group Business Director / Agency groups, you will respond to client briefs and build strategically, insight led solutions incorporating the relevant SWM assets for the idea and client objectives, to deliver to the client’s core campaign objectives. You will also work closely with the GBD leads to identify and develop proactive opportunities to grow and strengthen our existing client base.
You will be focused on delivering Total TV / channel agnostic, insight led and best in market solutions and build strong external and internal relationships with key clients, agency contacts and stakeholders.
The overall aim is to augment and support the sales teams to meet group revenue and market share goals, and to enhance the Seven West Media brand.
Based in Eveleigh and reporting to the Head of Strategic Solutions you’ll be responsible for:
- Creative development of a platform or idea that solves a client’s business challenge
- Seamless communications planning and executing across multiple touchpoints
- Collaborating with specialist teams across the business to develop market-leading integration opportunities and strategically led proposals to clients to secure premium revenue for the group
- Providing creative resources and tools to internal teams, and/or directly to clients and agencies to help build revenue and increase market share for the group
- Ensuring that all internal departments are aware of any trends that may impact dealings with clients, media agencies, media consultants or potential marketers
- Building insights and ideas available with tools such as our proprietary CDP platform (REDiQ)
- Management and development of Strategic Solution team members
- In-market experience presenting to agencies and clients and can deliver a persuasive verbal pitch
- Excellent client service
- High levels of creativity and innovation
- Strong understanding of business, revenue targets and production fees
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritise workflows
- The ability to interprets briefs, and understand clients’ marketing challenges and communications to develop strategic cross channel integrated responses
- Strength in people and leadership management
