About the role
We have the opportunity for an Sales Consultant to join our South West. Reporting to the Advertising Manager, this role is focused on selling classifieds advertising across our South West newspapers.
We will teach you everything you need to know about selling our products, all you need to do is bring an enthusiastic and positive attitude.
With Seven West Media having offices throughout the South West, this role can be based in either our Busselton or Bunbury office.
We are open to considering a part time arrangement for the right candidate.
About the role
- Make outgoing calls to secure new customers
- Receiving incoming customer calls & enquiries
- Identify opportunities to grow existing clients
- Seeking out a deep understanding of clients’ needs in order to create an effective advertising campaign
- Providing excellent after sales service to advertising customers
- Achieving & exceeding monthly revenue targets;
About You
- Customer service, retail, hospitality or call centre experience
- A genuine desire to work closely with clients and ensure them optimal returns for their investments with our Company;
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Be organized, able to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines;
- Strong computer literacy skills
