The Opportunity

As our entry level Digital Sales Coordinator you’ll be responsible for providing sales administration support to the Digital Sales Executive, Digital Account Managers, Group Sales Managers and State Sales Director.

In this role you will be based in Sydney and report to the Digital Group Sales Manager. Key responsibilities include: 

• Supporting the team in booking campaigns within our booking system.
• Liaising closely with the Operations, Commercial Product and Programmatic teams to ensure campaigns are set up and are running smoothly.
• Preparing sales reports including campaign & client tracking reports using Excel and various systems.
• Generating revenue reports and keeping them up to date.
• Chasing creative assets. 
• Tracking campaigns including post campaign reporting.

You are an excellent communicator, with a passion for sales and customer service.

• a highly motivated and proactive self-starter.
• A passion for all things digital: curious & with a learning mindset.
• A problem solver: practical & outcome oriented.
• A positive open mind and are welcome to change as a driver of growth.
• Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Intermediate with computer skills – Microsoft Office packages – Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
• Clear & concise communication skills.
