You will play a pivotal role in maintaining and driving the existing customer portfolio and revenue base across our digital platforms our broadcast television. Training will be provided and you’ll be welcomed into a dedicated and supportive team who focus on a healthy work environment.
Based in Ballarat and reporting to the Sales Manager – Digital & Broadcast TV, your key responsibilities include:
- Understanding the Seven Network business and be able to leverage our assets to deliver on client objectives.
- Developing relationships with a variety of business clients across a variety of industry sectors.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of strategies to meet network revenue, exceed market share and enhance the Seven Network brand.
- Building strong relationships both internally and externally to enhance the overall team’s effectiveness and performance.
- Preparing and presenting reports to the sales department.
About You
You are an excellent communicator with an interest in all things digital and eager to step into the world of media. We are looking for someone who has:
- 1-3 years' experience in customer service, sales or account management
- Related degree in Media, Marketing or Business related - preferable
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adopt a range of styles, tools and techniques appropriate for customers both internally and externally.
- Ability to develop negotiation and presentation skills and able to ensure value is maximised for both clients and the business.
- Demonstrate a solutions-focused, can-do approach to potential issues.
