Our Research & Insights Executive role is an entry level position within our Strategy, Insights and Integration team, who work within the Advertising team at Seven West Media. If you’re ready for a career in the media industry, one that could take you anywhere, then we want to meet you. If you have experience with insights/analytics in industries like media, marketing or advertising, have a curious mindset and are proficient using data, then give us a shout.
Within this role, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with media brief responses (creating proposals, schedules and analysing data to provide media recommendations)
- Producing various reporting in Excel and PowerPoint and delivering data insights and analysis to the sales team
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective campaigns and ensuring projects stay on track and are delivered
- Assisting in managing of workflow including project timelines and deliverables
- Helping to implement advertising initiatives
- Administrative support and other ad hoc tasks as required
- Representing Seven West Media in a professional and courteous manner
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in a media, advertising or marketing insights/analytics role is desired
- A team player with the ability to self-organise, solve problems, collaborate, prioritise and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to prepare general correspondence, sales presentations, reports and spreadsheets and keen to learn new programs and platforms
- Familiarity with Roy Morgan and Ipsos/iris software will be highly regarded
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, enthusiasm and ability to build strong professional relationships
- A current drivers’ license
