The Opportunity 

As a Brand Content & Integration Coordinator within the 7RED team at Seven, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the development and delivery of impactful cross-platform sponsorships. This is an entry-level position in which you’ll build an extensive understanding of Seven’s programs, sports, and major events.  

You’ll assist in the creation of bespoke cross-platform, content-led solutions that enhance audience engagement and foster growth for our partners. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your project management and stakeholder engagement skills as you’ll build relationships with our key partners, agencies, executive producers, and production teams. Together, we will celebrate our extraordinary lineup of sporting events and programs, including AFL, cricket, horse racing, V8 Supercars, NFL, The Voice, Australian Idol, Farmer Wants a Wife, My Kitchen Rules, Dancing with the Stars, and Better Homes & Gardens at Seven Network. 

Based in Eveleigh, Sydney, and reporting to Brand Content & Integration Manager, you will be responsible for:  

  • Managing campaign execution across broadcast, digital and social platforms, including reporting and meticulously tracking advertising elements (tarps, impressions, episodic clips, in-program commitments) to ensure effective delivery and maximise client retention. 
  • Assisting with the creative execution and delivery of sponsorship assets including billboards, graphics, digital content, and vignettes across our General Entertainment and Sporting Events.  
  • Providing administrative support to the Brand Content & Integration team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing agendas and minutes. 
  • Developing and distributing compelling client proposals, presentations, post-campaign reports, and other essential communications. 
  • Contributing to commercial content ideation, production approvals, and accurate forecasting of associated Production costs.   
  • Maintaining consistent communication with stakeholders, providing clear updates on critical paths, campaign tracking, and performance analysis. 

About You: 

The ideal candidate will be highly customer-focused with meticulous attention to detail and strong time-management abilities. You’ll bring excellent organisational skills and a self-motivated, proactive approach. You are tech-savvy, innovative, and possess an optimistic mindset. A strong team player, you are a good listener and a fast learner who thrives in dynamic environments. 

You will have: 

  • 1-2 years of experience in administration, customer service, project management, and/or degree in Media, Marketing, Communications, Business or other relevant subject
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • A strong interest in TV, media, and sports is beneficial!
