The Opportunity
As a Sales Assistant, you will play a strategic role in enhancing client service engagement and delivering sustainable growth for Seven Network.
This is a part-time role, 22.8 hours per week, based in Rockhampton, reporting to the Deputy QLD Regional Sales Manager. You’ll collaborate closely with Account Executives, internal departments, and clients to provide exceptional customer service and support.
You will be responsible for:
- Deliver customer-focused services to clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Develop skills in media buying, planning, and understanding the media landscape.
- Create, book, and maintain advertising placements for client TV campaigns tailored to their target audience.
- Manage internal system processes to ensure smooth placement of advertising material for campaigns.
- Regularly engage with internal departments to ensure campaign success.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external clients.
- Provide administrative support to the Account Executives and Sales Manager.
- Assist with receptionist duties when required.
About You
You will be a proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused Sales Assistant who is eager to learn and grow within the media industry.
You will have:
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and data entry skills.
- Great time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
- A willingness to learn and tackle a variety of tasks.
