- Collaborating with stakeholders to define scope, strategy, and vision to deliver engaging product features for the 7plus web and mobile apps.
- Taking end-to-end ownership of product features and capabilities, from concept to delivery and ongoing usage.
- Leading a Scrum team, managing prioritisation, and tracking ongoing development using tools like Jira and Azure DevOps. Structuring work within a quarterly and sprint-based framework.
- Conducting industry research, consulting internal peers and analysing data to validate new features and product changes.
- Defining success metrics, monitoring product performance, analysing changes in data and user behavior and communicating updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Aligning product roadmap and ensuring quality and compliance in collaboration with several stakeholders across engineering, design, sales, marketing, content, legal and operations.
About You:
You are a resourceful and hands-on individual, with a problem-solving, solutions-oriented mindset. You prefer to frame decisions around impact, effort and cost.
You will have:
- 3+ years’ experience in product management or a related field.
- Proven track record of launching successful, user-centric features on apps, including mobile, web and other platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to define technical acceptance criteria, discuss technical concepts with engineering teams and understand technical implications.
- Experience leading a scrum or development team.
- The ability to adapt to shifting priorities and external factors while maintaining progress on projects.
- Strong attention to detail, paired with the ability to step back and see the bigger picture with a passion for making data-driven, analytical decisions to enhance customer satisfaction.
