What You’ll Be Doing: In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in promoting our products and services while delivering exceptional customer experience to ensure the ongoing success and growth of our business. Key Responsibilities:

• Driving business growth by nurturing relationships with existing clients and actively pursuing new opportunities in a defined market.
• Gaining a deep understanding of clients' needs to craft tailored sales strategies that deliver results.
• Consistently achieving revenue targets and contributing to the success of our team
• Creating and presenting high-quality, compelling sales proposals that win clients over.
• Delivering top-notch after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and success.
• Providing valuable input to shape advertising strategies that align with client objectives.
• Identifying and managing business and revenue risks as they arise, ensuring smooth operations.

What You Bring:

• Experience in customer service or sales roles, especially within retail, hospitality, or similar industries.
• A genuine passion for working with clients and helping them achieve exceptional returns on their investments.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—that enable you to build strong relationships.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with MS Office and general computer literacy.
• A valid driver’s license to ensure you can easily engage with clients.
