What You’ll Be Doing: In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in promoting our products and services while delivering exceptional customer experience to ensure the ongoing success and growth of our business. Key Responsibilities:
- Driving business growth by nurturing relationships with existing clients and actively pursuing new opportunities in a defined market.
- Gaining a deep understanding of clients' needs to craft tailored sales strategies that deliver results.
- Consistently achieving revenue targets and contributing to the success of our team
- Creating and presenting high-quality, compelling sales proposals that win clients over.
- Delivering top-notch after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and success.
- Providing valuable input to shape advertising strategies that align with client objectives.
- Identifying and managing business and revenue risks as they arise, ensuring smooth operations.
What You Bring:
- Experience in customer service or sales roles, especially within retail, hospitality, or similar industries.
- A genuine passion for working with clients and helping them achieve exceptional returns on their investments.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—that enable you to build strong relationships.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with MS Office and general computer literacy.
- A valid driver’s license to ensure you can easily engage with clients.
