What You’ll Be Doing: As part of our dynamic team, you’ll be focused on outbound sales, connecting with businesses and individuals through cold calling to sell advertising space. Don’t worry if you’ve never worked in sales before—we’re here to train you! You’ll receive a structured training program from industry experts who will teach you everything you need to know to thrive in the world of sales and advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work towards individual and team revenue targets, with the opportunity to earn commission.
• Identify leads, create prospect lists, and connect with new customers.
• Make outbound cold calls to pitch advertising solutions to businesses.
• Qualify leads by uncovering client needs to offer targeted, tailored solutions.
• Meet deadlines and work within planned call blocks.
