The Opportunity 

We’re looking for a driven Revenue Management Coordinator to join our team and help deliver accurate reporting, efficient processes, and effective inventory management strategies. 

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Revenue Management team, Trading Managers, and National Sales teams, reporting directly to senior leaders at our Media City – South Eveleigh office.  

This is a fixed-term contract role until June 2026. 

What you'll do: 

  • Manage the Revenue Management queries inbox – handling daily sales requests, bonus conversions, revenue reports, and operational queries. 
  • Action Salesforce cases – supporting client deal set-up and updates. 
  • Perform daily yield management tasks to optimise inventory and revenue opportunities. 
  • Generate accurate, insightful, and timely reports, ensuring compliance with sales policies and procedures, and assisting in policy development where required. 
  • Maintain awareness of local and global market conditions impacting revenue management. 

What you'll bring:  

You’re a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll also have: 

  • 1+ years of Media experience in sales/advertising/revenue management or similar. 
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively; customer-focused mindset with strong service orientation. 
  • Excellent numerical and mathematical skills with proven data analysis ability; proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools. 
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in forecasting and reporting. 
  • Strong time management and organisational skills to meet strict deadlines; flexibility and adaptability in changing market conditions.
