The Opportunity 

We’re looking for a driven Senior Digital Account Manager to join our Digital Sales team and drive revenue growth across Seven’s premium digital and video products. 

In this role, you’ll work closely with Broadcast Sales, Digital Solutions Specialists, Social Strategists, Product Managers, agencies, and clients, reporting directly to the Digital Group Sales Manager in Sydney. 

What you'll do: 

  • Deliver agreed digital revenue targets by managing and growing a portfolio of agency and client relationships across Seven’s digital and video assets. 
  • Lead end-to-end campaign planning, pitching, execution, and delivery to ensure superior client performance and repeat business. 
  • Identify, develop, and convert new revenue opportunities, including upsell and cross-sell solutions across digital and integrated media offerings. 
  • Build strong internal partnerships across broadcast and digital teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. 
  • Support pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting, providing accurate and timely insights on portfolio performance. 

What you'll bring:  

You’re a driven, proactive, and collaborative individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Being a customer-centric individual, you possess strong relationship-building and presentation skills, with the ability to influence agency and client decision-makers. You’ll also have: 

  • 4 years’ digital media sales experience (publisher, agency, or client-side), with a proven record of hitting targets. 
  • Broad digital expertise across video, display, social, branded content, mobile, data, and programmatic, with solid funnel and media strategy knowledge. 
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales plans, manage portfolios, and prioritise opportunities independently. 
  • Hands-on experience with key industry tools (e.g. Nielsen, Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, Salesforce, DSPs/SSPs) and strong Microsoft Office skills 
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or Communications
