The Opportunity:

As a Digital Account Manager at Seven, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of agencies and/or direct clients, developing digital ideas, in-market coverage, sales reporting, and client growth within the Seven Digital Sales team in Melbourne.

Based in Melbourne and reporting to the Digital Group Sales Manager, you’ll be:

  • Working closely with the Sales Team to create, implement, and report on digital solutions for all digital offerings and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Scheduling meetings and in-market presentations with agency contacts, both new and existing.
  • Monitoring and taking proactive action to achieve revenue targets without prompting.
  • Coordinating with relevant stakeholders across the Broadcast & Digital business to understand the features, benefits, and value proposition of all Digital opportunities.

 

About You:

You will be an experienced Digital Account Manager with exceptional organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong commitment to accuracy in all communications and presentations. You will also have a creative, sales-oriented mindset, a positive mindset, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a strong capacity to build and nurture client relationships. Your role will be recognised by a high level of enthusiasm and an unwavering will to succeed.

You will have:

  • Three plus years’ experience in digital sales, preferably within the media industry.
  • Good hustle and energy.
  • Understanding of best practice around ad sales, delivering and reporting to Clients/Agencies.
  • Proven ability in selling digital video, mobile, social, display as well as branded content and other integrated custom executions.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and commitment to accuracy on all communication and presentations.
  • Ability to foster strong ongoing and effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of industry standard practices.
  • Entrepreneurial and problem solving skills.
  • An understanding of industry reporting products such as Nielsen NetRatings, Google Analytics, comScore, IAS.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Media or Communications and experience will be highly regarded.
