What You’ll Be Doing: In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in promoting our products and services while delivering exceptional customer experience to ensure the ongoing success and growth of our business. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outgoing calls to attract and secure new customers.
- Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries with professionalism.
- Identify opportunities to grow and nurture existing clients.
- Dive deep into understanding clients' needs to create powerful advertising campaigns.
- Deliver exceptional after-sales service to keep clients happy and coming back.
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
What You Bring:
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or call centres.
- A genuine passion for working closely with clients to deliver great results.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Well-organized with the ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines.
- Solid computer skills.
