Subscriber Services Representative – Part Time

An exciting opportunity exists to join our fun and friendly Subscriber Services team. The position is focused on inbound customer service contact and service based administrative tasks for our newspaper titles. The team's key focus is delivering outstanding and efficient service to our subscribers in a busy contact centre.

What We Need: We are currently recruiting for a part time Subscriber Service Representative, working 9am to 4pm Monday and Friday, and 7am to 12pm Saturday. Candidates available for additional hours will be strongly considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Your primary focus will be providing excellent service to our home delivery and digital subscribers.
• A typical day involves taking payments, processing holds, starting new subscriptions and working hard to overcome and assist with any complaints and cancellation requests.
• You’ll ensure our customers are given clear and correct information every time.
• Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy ensures that our CRM is well maintained and up to date.

What You Bring:

• You will have a proven track record in providing exceptional customer service in a contact centre or similar environment.
• You are confident in your ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.
• You have a creative approach to problem solving and can think on your feet.
• You have a proven track record in working with CRM data bases, and understand the importance of accuracy and detail.
• Your energetic approach highlights your sense of urgency.
