The Opportunity:

An amazing opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic team in Maroochydore on a part-time basis (25 hours per week), as the frontline hero for our 7Queensland offices!

As our Reception & Administration Assistant, you'll be the welcoming presence in greeting and attending to all visitors as well as providing vital administrative sales support to our Deputy QLD Regional Sales Manager and the wider Sunshine Coast Sales Team!

Reporting to the Deputy QLD Regional Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • General reception and administrative duties including attending to enquires, visitors and their needs, ordering of supplies, courier engagement and processing of expenses and receipts.
  • Receiving internal and external correspondence, phone calls, and emails while referring to the relevant departments.
  • Preparation of sales monthly/weekly report requirements, presentations and special projects as required by the QLD Deputy Regional Sales Manager.

Providing support to our Sales Team with;

  • Preparation of sales-related competitor reports using Excel.
  • Processing of advertising material for all direct and agency clients.
  • Booking and maintenance of TV campaigns for our advertising clients when required.
  • Pre and Post advertising reports on clients TV campaigns.

About You:

You will be a highly organised, efficient, and engaging administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the first point of contact for a vibrant team.

You will have:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Possesses a high level of organisation and time management skills, who has excellent attention to detail, analytical and data entry skills.
  • Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Is confident and mature to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders – both internally and externally.
  • Self-motivated and able to work efficiently and proactively and accomplish tasks in a timely manner.
  • Can work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment whilst demonstrating persistence and patience on a daily basis.
