The Opportunity
We’re looking for a driven Personal Assistant & Office Manager to join our News and Technical Services team at Seven Queensland. You’ll manage administrative tasks, coordinate travel and payroll, assist with finance, and ensure our news and technical services run efficiently every day.
In this role, you’ll report directly to the Regional News Director and Technical Services Manager, Seven Queensland, Maroochydore.

Coordinate travel bookings, relocations, and logistics for regional news teams, presenters, and technical crews.

Manage payroll administration including timesheets, per diems, reimbursements, and corporate card reconciliations.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including IT, People & Culture, suppliers, universities, and the public.
You’re a detail-focused, adaptable, and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You’ll also have:

Experience with Concur, CIA, Technology1, Microsoft Access, or Preceda, current First Aid/CPR certification, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
