The Opportunity:
As an Identity and Access Administrator at Seven, you’ll be responsible for managing and overseeing the identity and access management (IAM) processes and systems specifically related to Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. You’ll ensure that all user access to HCM systems is secure, compliant, efficient, and supports the business’ overall security posture.
Based at our head office in Eveleigh, Sydney and reporting to the IT Security Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing user identities and access in HCM systems, ensuring timely provisioning and deprovisioning of user accounts.
- Implementing and maintaining role-based access controls (RBAC) and access policies for appropriate user permissions.
- Ensuring IAM compliance with regulations, and monitoring and analysing access logs and reports for unauthorised activity or anomalies.
- Supporting HCM users with access issues, troubleshooting, and resolution.
- Collaborating with HR, IT, and others to align and improve IAM processes and tools.
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation of IAM processes, policies, and procedures for HCM systems.
About You:
You are analytical, have strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You are an excellent problem-solver, with a high attention to detail and proven experience of working under pressure and within tight deadlines.
You will have:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in IAM, with a focus on HCM systems.
- Proficiency in IAM tools and technologies (e.g., Active Directory, SSO, MFA), and experience with HCM systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Strong understanding of IAM principles, security best practices, and privacy.
- Relevant tertiary qualification for IT or Computer Sciences related. IT security-related qualifications would be advantageous.
