The Opportunity:

We're offering a fantastic entry-level opportunity for dynamic individuals eager to learn and develop a career in media sales. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this role promises future growth and endless possibilities!

As a Sales Coordinator at Seven and based in Sydney, you'll report to the Group Sales Manager. You'll be responsible for providing administration and sales support to the sales team. You will collaborate closely with a Sales Executive and Group Sales Manager on your assigned client patch.

What you'll do:

  • Contributing to short-term revenue goals for your designated media agency and client patch.
  • Supporting the Sales Executive and Group Sales Manager with achieving sales targets through proactive sales initiatives, effective yield management, and meticulous inventory processes.
  • Providing admin support, managing data entry, and creating insightful reports for clients and stakeholders using Excel and industry systems.
  • Ensuring quick processing of proposals, bookings, and inquiries to keep the sales process smooth.
  • Mastering the TV Network Sales system to optimise campaign delivery.
  • Ensuring everything is organised by filing documents, reports, and correspondence, and sharing updates with the team.

What you bring:

You are someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to convey ideas effectively. You have strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and administrative tasks, along with exceptional organisational skills and a consistent ability to meet deadlines. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a collaborative mindset are essential for thriving in our team environment. You'll also bring

  • Previous people/ client-facing experience (e.g. sales, marketing, retail or hospitality).
  • Degree qualified in business, marketing, advertising (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong computer literacy skills.
