The Opportunity

As a Promotions Coordinator at Seven, you will play a key role in driving the production of compelling promotional and marketing media assets across Seven’s on-air multi-channel, including digital platforms 7plus, radio, and social media platforms.

In this role, you will be working closely with an expansive team of creative producers to manage workloads, deliveries, and brand consistency through detailed material analysis and workflow optimisation.

Based in Seven’s vibrant Eveleigh Headquarters, you’ll be:

  • Gaining exposure with senior stakeholders across programming, marketing, social, design, and audio.
  • Coordinating delivery across pre- and post-production workflows and departments.
  • Ensuring creative assets meet broadcast and business requirements through detailed quality control procedures.
  • Tracking and managing creative resources and regularly reporting to the head of 7Creative.
  • Supporting and working collaboratively with the Senior Promotions Coordinator.
  • Learning and developing early-level management skills within a creative media environment.

About You:

You are an experienced Promotions Coordinator with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. You are a proactive, team player, innovative, and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to stay organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Your tech-savviness and dedication allow you to manage multiple tasks efficiently, while your flexibility and dynamic approach ensure you thrive in ever-changing media landscapes.

You will have:

  • Experienced with IBMS (Highly regarded for this role)
  • Have a background in broadcast media or post-production.
  • Dynamic, proactive, and an ability to respond quickly in high-pressure scenarios.
  • Self-reliant and organised with a keen eye for detail.
  • A good communicator, collaborator, and team player.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel.
