The Opportunity
As a CRM Specialist, you will be tasked with developing customised and focused marketing initiatives aimed at engaging and retaining customers, enhancing loyalty, and fostering revenue growth.
In this role you will be based in Sydney and reporting to the Head of Growth. You will be responsible for:
- Campaigns Execution: Support the planning, execution, and optimisation of campaigns, including email marketing, push notifications, and other digital channels.
- Audience Segmentation: Leverage data attributes to deliver targeted and personalised communications that reduces churn and delivers new customers.
- Data Integration & Implementation: Support data initiatives or projects that will enhance customer journeys.
- Marketing Technology: Support the team in managing marketing technology platforms.
- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Work closely with the data, insights, product solutions, marketing, programming, and sales teams to ensure business objectives and goals are met.
- Testing and Optimisation: Engage in testing and learning to facilitate ongoing improvements in processes and implement automations to lessen manual tasks.
- Analytics, Reporting & Performance: Conduct post-campaign analyses to evaluate performance against key metrics and provide feedback to relevant teams.
- Presentation Skills: Capability to deliver clear and succinct presentations to stakeholders and senior management
About You
You demonstrate a strong attention to detail and have a passion for data and marketing technologies. You also ideally will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and responsive design specifically for emails.
