A vacancy currently exists for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director of Productions along with their senior management team for a period of up to 12 months maternity cover.

Based at our innovative Productions Studio in Eveleigh, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Screening calls
  • Extensive diary and email  management
  • Creating documents
  • Coordination of travel arrangements
  • Scheduling internal and external meetings
  • Assess and prepare responses for all incoming correspondence
  • Developing solid working relationships within the business, including department heads, Executive Producers and production staff.

To be successful in this position you will be professional and well presented, with strong verbal and written communication skills.  Advanced MS Office skills, a high attention to detail and strong organisational skills are essential, as is previous experience in a similar role.
