Seven West Media is a leading, listed national multi-platform media business based in Australia.

We have an exciting opportunity for a driven Reward & Performance Manager to join our Human Resources team.  Based in Sydney and reporting directly to the Group Executive, Human Resources your role will be to execute on key reward and performance initiatives across the group. 

This is an autonomous role where you will take responsibility for a range of reward and performance projects.  You will also be be responsible for management of the group’s corporate remuneration governance compliance along with managing the annual calendar of performance and reward processes. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse remuneration across the group and identify, recommend and implement remuneration plans to meet the group’s objectives for internal equity, gender equity and external market competitiveness.
  • Manage the group’s remuneration processes.
  • Draft papers for and attend the Board Remuneration & Nomination Committee meetings.
  • Draft the company’s Remuneration Report.
  • Lead the implementation and management of performance and development processes.
  • Manage the implementation and administration of employee benefits programs.

To be successful in this role you will have extensive experience in a specialist reward and performance role including experience with job evaluation and exposure to ASX listing requirements in relation to remuneration governance. You will be tertiary qualified in Business, HR or a related discipline and have a high level of analytical ability, influencing and internal consulting skills necessary to successfully manage the full range of remuneration and performance requirements for a large ASX listed company.
