You are a true strategic leader with the ability to develop and deliver meaningful, actionable and innovative consumer data insights and intelligence to optimise our business outcomes. You will have the experience to shape and build a team of analysts to transform complex and simple data requests to actionable insights and recommendations that informs strategy and drives commercial outcomes.

You have a superior understanding of advanced statistical and analytical techniques and concepts such as propensity/predictive modelling, machine learning, customer segmentation, pricing optimisation, and customer lifetime value analysis.

In addition to this you will have excellent presentation skills as you will often be required to present at a senior level to the business. You will be a great leader of people with a passion for working with others to make a lasting difference to our business and our customers.
