The Opportunity:

As a Sales Executive at Seven, you’ll play a key role in managing a set portfolio of clients and media agencies from end-to-end. This includes meeting or exceeding sales revenue targets with the aim of assisting Seven West Media to meet digital and broadcast revenue, yield goals, enhancing the Seven brand and identifying opportunities for growth.

Based at our office in Brisbane and reporting to the Group Business Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a set client/agency portfolio to boost broadcast and digital revenue for Seven Network and the broader SWM group, meeting or exceeding revenue targets and leveraging SWM’s full suite of assets, including TV, video, display, and social and integrated media solutions.
  • Assisting in sales business planning across broadcast and digital, collaborating with internal teams to achieve group-wide sales outcomes, preparing weekly revenue reports, monitoring market trends and sharing insights.
  • Overseeing campaign management, ensuring the effective delivery of all client activity while identifying opportunities for campaign and process improvements to exceed client expectations and achieving repeat business.
  • Fostering and maintaining relationships both internally and externally, ensuring our partners are maximising the power of SWM effectively, monitoring and acting on client/agency feedback, and spending time in the market to unlock revenue opportunities across agency/client broadcast and digital teams.

About You:

You are driven, proactive, flexible and collaborative with a deep passion for all things media, TV and digital. You possess strong interpersonal skills, keen attention to details and value delivering outcomes that focus on achieving targets and customer satisfaction.

You will have:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, media agencies, account management with proven track record in developing and executing sales plans that achieve results.
  • Solid network of agency and brand relationships with a demonstrated success in influencing mid-level decision makers within both agencies and clients.
  • Advanced computer skills in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and knowledge of industry broadcast and digital software.
  • Broad based digital & broadcast media knowledge across TV, Video, Display, Social, Mobile, Data and Programmatic, with an understanding of the relative strengths and roles of each.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
