What You’ll Be Doing: In this fast-paced role, you’ll manage everything from correspondence to report generation, and create impactful presentations that shape our strategy. You’ll keep the production process running smoothly by coordinating tasks like securing missing copy and diving into data analysis for valuable insights. If you’re passionate about precision, thrive in a high-energy environment, and excel at juggling multiple priorities with ease, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative support to the Advertising team with their daily tasks,
- Internal and external correspondence, handling phone and email inquiries and bookings,
- Running Advertising and Revenue reports,
- Creating presentations to support the Advertising team,
- Coordinating and chasing missing copy to prevent production and printing delays,
- Demonstrating research abilities with the ability to analyse, transfer and process data.
What You’ll Bring:
- A high level of attention to detail with all given tasks,
- Strong time management with the ability to prioritise a busy workload,
- Strong written and verbal communication,
- The ability to be a strong team player with a drive to succeed,
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and
- The ability to provide a high level of customer service and the ability to problem solve and find solutions to complex issues.
