The Opportunity:
As a Campaign Delivery Coordinator at Seven, you will be responsible for supporting the Campaign Delivery Executives with the daily administration of the Seven Dynamic Trading Model.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the offshore team of Seven Managed Services to manage and track audience delivery across Seven's broadcast television assets.
Based in Eveleigh, Sydney, you will report to the Campaign Delivery and Optimisation Manager. You are responsible for:
- Collaboration with the manager and TV Sales Team is essential to effectively advance Seven's business objectives. By adhering to guidance, client campaigns can be accepted and validated by established internal policies and tools.
- Utilising dedicated systems and tools (Salesforce and Landmark) to support the day-to-day management of TV advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with the manager to provide clear and concise guidance to the SMS team regarding campaign deliverables and deadlines.
- Communicate clearly and proactively with the sales team and other relevant internal departments, as necessary.
- Understand the rules and regulations related to TV advertising and their impact on campaigns and the broader Seven business.
- Demonstrate reliability by adhering to established processes and procedures that align with department standards and Seven policies.
- Assist the broader Advanced Advertising team with any ad hoc tasks as requested.
About You:
You will be an experienced Campaign Delivery Coordinator with exceptional interpersonal communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a collaborative spirit. You are a flexible, passionate, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented individual, always eager to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies. Your optimistic, innovative, and proactive approach will thrive in our fast-paced environment.
You will have:
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role, customer service, sales support, or working in an office environment, preferably within the media industry.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good understanding of the Australian television media landscape.
- Familiarity with television ratings processes and metrics.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Experience using Salesforce and other CRM tools.
- Proven ability to meet daily deadlines with accuracy.
